At St Michaels C of E School, we believe all children deserve the very best possible start and we aim to ensure our pupils achieve their potential by working together with passion within a trusting, nurturing environment where everyone feels valued, secure and respected.
We are a fully inclusive school who strives to ensure our pupils persevere, thrive and achieve with a vision to create a school where every leader is a leader of SEND and every teacher is a teacher of SEND. A breadth of support will be provided to each child who has SEND requirements through early identification, the implementation of specific strategies and the removal of barriers to learning. We wholly advocate the support and involvement of our parents and carers who are instrumental in ensuring specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely goals are identified and reviewed regularly to support their progress and attainment.
